PJM Studios / Grow / Paid social ads
Ad spend that has to earn its keep.
Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn ads, run and reported on properly. Not a boosted post: a managed campaign with a target, a budget, and a straight monthly answer on whether it worked.

Sponsoredthe audience you actually chose.
Every click and result attributed monthly.
Boosting a post is not a campaign
Same platforms. Completely different job.
A boosted post spends money to show more people something that was never built to convert. A managed campaign starts with a goal, an audience built to match it, and creative made for the platform it runs on, not repurposed from somewhere else.
The budget is the least interesting number in the whole thing. Who it reaches and what happens after they click is where this gets won or lost.
What’s included
Everything between the budget and the result.
Ad spend without the parts around it is a way to lose money slightly faster. This is the part around it.
Platform & audience strategy
Which platform your customers are actually on, and who inside it is worth paying to reach. Most wasted budget starts here, before a single ad is built.
Tracking, wired first
Pixel or conversion API set up and checked before a dollar spends, so what the platform reports back is actually true.
Ad creative
Copy and images or video sized correctly for the placement they run in, not a website banner squeezed into a feed.
Budget & bid management
Pacing so the budget lasts the month it was meant to, and bids adjusted as the platform learns who actually converts.
Monthly optimisation
What worked gets more budget, what didn’t gets turned off. Reviewed every month, not set once and left running.
Reporting, in plain language
What was spent, what it returned, and what changes next month. No dashboard you have to learn to read yourself.
How it runs
Four stages, then a monthly cycle.
Strategy & audience
Who you are actually trying to reach, and which platform they are worth reaching on.
Setup & tracking
Accounts, pixels and conversion tracking wired correctly before spend starts.
Launch & creative
Ads written and built for the platform, live, and being watched from day one.
Report & optimise
A monthly, plain-language read on what worked, with budget moved toward it.
How this is priced
Ad spend and the management fee are two separate numbers, and neither is fixed on this page, because they depend on the platform, the budget, and how much creative work is involved. That gets scoped honestly on a first call, the same way it would with anyone doing this properly.
If paid social is not the right next move for you yet, that is also a five-minute conversation, and a more useful one than a proposal you did not need.
Track record, not a client list yet
The client list is short. The experience isn’t.
Managing a paid budget against a pipeline number is the job it has always been: over thirty years in digital marketing leadership, most of it spent being judged on results rather than activity. The specific paid-social campaigns this page can point to are still being written up properly, so they are not listed here yet rather than dressed up before they are ready.
Questions people ask first
Do you manage my ad spend, or does it go through you?
Ad spend is billed directly to your own ad account, on your own card. You always see exactly what is being spent and can turn it off any time. The management fee for running the campaign is separate and billed by me.
What is the minimum budget to make this worth it?
It depends on the platform and what you are trying to do, and a made-up minimum on this page would not be an honest answer. Tell me your situation on the first call and I will tell you straight whether the budget you have in mind is enough to learn anything from.
Do you write and design the ads too?
Yes. Copy and creative for the campaign are part of the fee. If it needs a proper photo or video shoot, that gets scoped separately rather than buried in the number.
How is this different from just boosting a post?
A boosted post spends money to show more people something that was never built to convert. A campaign starts with a goal, targets a specific audience, and gets checked against that goal every month. One of those is marketing. The other is a button Facebook wants you to press.
Is this a contract?
Month to month, the same as everything else on this site. Cancel with notice, no penalty for stopping.
