Do I have to sign a long contract?+
No. The organic social program runs month to month with a month’s notice on either side. The Google Business Profile work is a one-time fee and there is nothing after it.
What if I do not know which of these I need?+
That is the normal state of affairs and it is not something to work out before getting in touch. Tell me what your business does and where your customers come from now, and I will tell you which of these is worth doing and which is not.
Can you just do the Google part and nothing else?+
Yes. It is a one-time job with a fixed price and no obligation attached. Plenty of businesses take that and never come back, which is a fine outcome.
Can I get just the SEO audit?+
Yes. It is priced and delivered the same way as the Google Business Profile work: a fixed one-time fee, a written report, and nothing you are signed up for afterwards.
Who actually writes the posts?+
They are written here, by people, from a short monthly conversation with you about what is going on in the business. Nothing goes out that you have not seen and approved.
What if my business is not very visual?+
Most are not, and that is usually fine. Trades, clinics, consultants and service businesses do well on straightforward posts: the job you just finished, the thing customers always ask, the seasonal reminder. The image add-on exists for when you want more than that.
Will this actually bring me customers?+
The Google Business Profile work has the most direct line to the phone ringing, because it puts you in front of people already searching for what you sell. Social is slower and its job is different: it makes you look like a going concern to someone who is already checking you out.
